Creating a packaging system for Stark Craft Beer, locally made in  Bali, Indonesia; to be marketed in the capital of Jakarta. With the care that takes place in brewing Stark's craft beer, each bottle is personalized to tell a storyof the consumers as they live their best lives.

OBJECTIVE

To create a new packaging system for Stark Craft Beer, that is going to expand its market from Bali to Jakarta. The project aims to embody Stark's pride in being crafted locally, as it is brewed in the Northern mountains of the Islands of the Gods, Bali, while also ensuring to cater to an exciting market in Jakarta, where new, hip places are popping up in the city, as people who come back from their studies abroad strive to re-create their experiences outside of the country and bring the ambience back home. The new packaging system strives to approach the audience with authenticity.

APPROACH

According to Beervana, the distributor of Stark, "craft brewers are like artists—mass beer is like listening to Top 40s, whereas craft beer is like listening to new shit coming out at the club—There's a whole culture around it of innovation and creativity." In penetrating the Jakarta market, each flavor is made to be personal with a face and a story representing it. In personifying each flavor with a story that people can relate to, Stark Craft Beer is set to be part of a lifestyle and the culture.
